Rocher Deboule Announces Change of Company Name to American Manganese Inc.

Rocher Deboule Minerals Corp. (TSX.V: RD; Pink Sheets: RDBHF) is pleased to announce it has changed its name to American Manganese Inc. and commencing at the opening on Wednesday, January 20, 2010, trading on the TSX Venture Exchange will be under the new symbol “AMY”.

“We believe the new name better reflects the Company’s focus on the development of its Artillery Peak Manganese Project in Arizona” said Larry W. Reaugh, President and CEO of the Company.
